Founded in 1992, the QUATTROERRE Training Centre carries out an intense cultural and training activity addressed mainly to professional in the food and wine sector, but also to schools and final consumers. The Centre hosts hundreds of business operators every year, who are willing to be kept up to date about products evolution and to improve their profession with both theoretical and practical courses on storage, sales, tapping and pouring. Attention is paid to methods and techniques concerning service at the bar and table service. We offer also wine, beer, spirit and water sommelier courses.
