Privacy policy in pursuance of Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

Processing of personal data

To access some website’s sections and/or receive information or services, provision data could be required by QUATTROERRE SRL, in pursuance of Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali” (Italian Personal Data Protection Code). This allows users to know how QUATTROERRE SRL processes personal data, before providing them or accessing to different website’s sections. The user needs to read it before fulfilling all the blanks required by the website with personal data.

Purposes of the data processing

According to the user’s needs, to access website’s sections, the purposes of the data processing given by the users by fulfilling online forms can be as follows:

  • To agree to register oneself on the website to access some sections or to give/manage the offered services;
  • Only with the consent of the user (withdrawal is allowed) marketing activities can be processed (as mailing out of promotional or advertising material, linked analysis on the users, to cite just some examples that allow QUATTROERRE SRL to improve its products and services) per e-mail, fax, MMSs and SMSs;
  • To send out newsletters to receive updates and news about QUATTROERRE SRL and its website;
  • To answer users’ requests related to QUATTROERRE SRL products and advertising (“Contacts” on the website);

The registration on the website is not required to receive some services by QUATTROERRE SRL (as the ones explained in c) and d)). However, to answer the users’ requests, they will be asked to give personal data, that will be processed just for that purpose and for the required period of time.

Data processing methods

Personal data will be performed by means of electronic and automatic tools, organised according to the above mentioned purposes and in compliance with the legal provisions of attachment B “Disciplinare Tecnico” (Technical Specificaiton) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

Nature of personal data

Giving personal data is optional, although it is necessary to allow QUATTROERRE SRL to meet the user’s needs on the website. As needed to the requested performance, wrong or uncompleted data or failure to give them can compromise the performance.

Categories of processed personal data

In addition to data given by users (name, surname, address, e-mail, etc.) during the entering on the website, computer systems and software procedures will indirectly take some personal data to be used in some communication internet protocols. Those data will be processed only to carry out anonymous statistic surveys.

Categories of subjects that can get to know users’ personal data

Personal data might be read by employees or co-workers of the Controller, that work under the direct authority of the Controller. They are responsible for the processing in pursuance of Sections 29 and 30 and will be given detailed operative instructions; the same for co-workers or employees of the Processors.

Marketing corporates can be nominated as external Processors.

Communication and widespread of users’ personal data

Data directly given by users by sending explicitly and voluntarily e-mails or by fulfilling online forms will not be given to third-parties or widespread, with the exception of marketing corporates, only if the user agreed.

Users’ rights guaranteed by Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code

“Section 7” Right to access personal data and others

  • The person concerned is entitled to know whether personal data about himself exist or not, even if they are non registered yet, and to receive them in an intelligible form.
  • The person concerned is entitled to know: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) how the electronic tool used for the processing works; d) details about the controller, processors and the designated representative in Italy, if any; e) subjects and categories of subjects that can read personal data as controller, processors or designated representative in Italy.
  • The person concerned is entitled to obtain: a) update, rectification or, if interested, integration of data; b) erasure, anonymous transformation or blocking of data in violation of law, also those that are not needed to be kept in relation to the purposes of its recollection and processing; c) certification that a) and b) have drawn the attention of those to whom data have been communicated or widespread, except for the impossibility to fulfil the task or the usage of disproportional tools if compared to the protected right.
  • The person concerned is entitled to totally or partially oppose: a) for legitimate issues linked to the processing of his personal data, even though relevant to the purposes; b) the processing of his personal data to send advertising material or sell directly or to carry out market or commercial communication surveys.

“The exercise of the above mentioned rights can be acquired directly or by writing a delegation or power of attorney of individuals or associations”.

Exercise of the rights guaranteed by Section 7 and the list of Controllers of the processing

The user can always exercise the rights of the Section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code and read the list of controllers, sending an e-mail to the controller: info@quattroerre.com or a letter to the address: QUATTROERRE SRL- via Marconi, 1 – 24060 Torre de’ Roveri (BG). Moreover, the user, if he agreed, can oppose the processing for the purposes of letter b) by using the user’s e-mail, clicking on the link given in every e-mail message.

Modification of the user’s “profile”

The user can always modify its data of cancel its account by sending an e-mail to the controller: info@quattroerre.com or a letter to the address: QUATTROERRE SRL- via Marconi, 1 – 24060 Torre de’ Roveri (BG).
